This converter takes a Philips XML ECG file with compressed and base64 encoded ECG waveforms and creates a new ECG report file in the XML Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format, which can be viewed as a graphic image using a browser such as Internet Explorer, with an SVG plugin (e.g., SVGView from Adobe). To install this converter, please unzip the file and follow the instructions contained in the readme file. The installation procedure will also install some Philips XML ECG example files with compressed and base64 encoded ECG waveforms.
